    We are looking for “A Player” who has great technical support skills and has dirty hands on managing IT systems.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top notch customer service, including installing, maintaining and troubleshooting Nanodems NDIS mission critical software applications for our international customers.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Design, install, maintain and troubleshoot highly scalable software applications
    • Create detailed and easy to understand technical knowledge-base for stakeholders
    • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT related departments
    • 2+ years experience with IT or Network management
    • Good understanding of computer systems, networking, CCTV and alarm systems 
    • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
    • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
    • Maintain jovial relationships with clients
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
    • Good command of written/spoken English
