    Established in 1995, Profen is a global group company with an in-house Research & Development center that provides products and services in the following major markets: Communications Technologies, Defence Technologies, Teleport and Satellite Network Services, Broadcast & Media, EPC and Life Sciences. With its headquarters in Istanbul and branch offices in Ankara, Konya and Tewkesbury (United Kingdom), Profen delivers innovative and high technology solutions to customers worldwide.

    We are looking for “Business DevelopmentManager” who can work inPROFEN, a 25-year technology company providing solutions by combining different technologies and disciplines, including Telecommunications Infrastructures, Satellite Ground Segment Systems, Data Center Design and Installation, Defence Technologies, EPC and Life Sciences.

    • Graduated from the Engineering / Economics / Business Administration departments of reputable universities,
    • Minimum 7-10 years of experience to manage and support competing priorities in a complex, dynamic, and fast-paced environment, previous experience in consulting is a plus ,
    • Advanced verbal and written knowladge of English,
    • Ability to conduct detailed data analysis (market, sales, customer) and determine actions based on analysis,
    • Strong analysis and presentation skills,
    • Extremely diligent with a high attention to detail
    • Desire to work in a dynamic, result-oriented environment
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with senior leadership
    • Demonstrated ability to excel in an innovative, startup-like, fast-paced environment, with rapid exploration and ability to execute


    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Formulate strategies in line with corporate goals and expectations,
    • Evangelize internal understanding about the business and technology drivers, through proactive insights and monitoring customer trends, competitor initiatives and macro-economic factors,
    • Manage all operations within the product line. Including taking responsibility for revenue, quality targets, and customer support design,
    • Analyze and benchmark campaign and customer success that leads to new sales opportunities or relationship building with key customer accounts,
    • Work closely with market research team and conduct independent research to support generation of intelligence on markets and competitors,
    • Support all phases of the business development initiatives including market expansion, new channel development, profitability improvement, brand acquisition etc,
    • Create financial models and presentations to assess new opportunities,
    • Drive key corporate projects, orchestrate workstreams across organization and collaborate with senior and mid management team,
    • Own the strategic planning process, and ensure that the strategy is translated into operational priorities, KPIs, goals and initiatives, cascaded within the organization and business leaders are aligned,
    • Build trusted advisor relationships with and partner closely with business leaders to support the implementation of strategic plan,
    • Product development, marketing, sales, R&D teams work in coordination, make plans and programs, turn them into customer experience for the presentation of products,
    • Prepare strategic content for high profile stakeholders including the Board of Directors.
