    QUALIFICATION

    • University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical, Aerospace, Mechatronics Engineering Departments,
    • Fluency in spoken and written English,
    • Extensive knowledge on SAP, knowledge on SD and MM Modules are preferable,
    • Very good command of MS Office(especially excel advanced level),
    • Have analytical thinking competency, ability to closely follow up topics against deadlines,
    • Comfortable with ‘multi-tasking’ and essential to be an organized person
    • Able to work in a multinational environment with suppliers from different countries,
    • Stress-tolerance & ability to work under time pressure,
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving and teamwork skills,
    • No travel restrictions (national & international),
    • Completed military service for male candidates,
    • Residing in Eskisehir.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Ensure effective and efficient execution of procurement activities in R&D projects, coordinates activities involved with procuring products and services, such as raw materials, equipment, tools, parts, and supplies,
    • Negotiate with supplier quotations to obtain favorable prices, terms and conditions of payment and service levels, manage lead times,
    • Coordination of suppliers with the Reserach & Development,  Planning, Quality and Accounting Departments,
    • Improving partnership with current suppliers,
    • Searches alternative local and international suppliers and materials, executing supplier relations and organising business relations with them,
    • Periodically evaluate suppliers in terms of on-time delivery, quality, lead time and make appropriate recommendations to management,
    • Monitor, identify and mitigate supply chain risks,
    • Following up  new trends, market conditions and regulations in aerospace market,
    • Investigating aerospace  raw material markets in global scale,
    • Archive and keep organized all purchasing documents to ensure they are available for audit purposes.
