    General Qualifications;

    Bachelor or Master's Degree,

    Minimum 7 years experience,

    Having good command of spoken and written English,

    Dominating master level of MS Office programs,

    Having experience in the formation stages of the organization's talent management, performance management and career management,

    Capable of empathy and strong business relationships,

    Result-oriented, analytical and problem-solving,

    A good team player with strong motivation, showing a high level of energy within the team,

    Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic multi-tasking working environment,

    No travel obstacles.
