    Responsibilities:

    · Receiving and screening incoming calls or gathering other information that

    needs to get to the right people,

    · Delivering messages and running errands

    · Handling and coordinating active calendars,

    · Scheduling and confirming meetings,

    · Ensuring file organization based on office protocol,

    · Providing ad hoc support around office as needed,

    · Doing basic bookkeeping and completing banking transactions (pre-accounting),

    · Making sure finished work is free of mistakes (proofreading),

    · Making travel arrangements and trade fair registrations.


    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

    · Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    · Ability to multitask

    · Proficient in Microsoft Office

    · Experienced or inexperienced in similar positions

    · High Level Coordination Skills
